Refund policy
Processing Fee is charged for the examination and preparation of your registration.
Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase, less than 30% of the initial payment. Refund is given automatically if we determine that you have no right to participate in the lottery Green Card, in which case we will refund 100% of the processing fee. In all other cases, refunds are considered on an individual basis in each case. We can not provide compensation under any circumstances, after which your application was sent to the lottery Green Card.
Because it is a lottery, USA Green Card can not guarantee that you will choose the winners. Not winning applicants are not eligible for reimbursement.
